Caitlin - 6 to 9 Months

Just Sitting Around

The big new thing for Caitlin is sitting up. She does it quite well, even if she can't get into a sitting position on her own. She's also learning that when she falls over and hits the floor hard it hurts. :-)

Well folks, she's eating. We've been eating Cheerios for a couple weeks now and drinking from a sippy cup by ourselves. However, she decided today that she didn't need to be fed "Mommy I do myself" is already starting, even though she can't say it. So she had lunch of a banana and peas. She did pretty well. Took forever and she got them all over, but she did it! She's growing up.

We did a two week vacation back to the East Coast to visit my family and let them meet Caitlin, so we took lots of pictures. Some don't have Caitlin in them, but since the entire visit was for her, we just put all of the pictures here because we're lazy like that. That, and we're way tired after two weeks on the road with a 8 month old baby...
