Caitlin's Camera

With digital cameras getting so small and cheap, someone was bound to make a cheap and rugged "kid friendly" camera sooner or later, and when we found one, we bought it so Caitlin can take her own pictures and post them here for all to see. They're not going to be the greatest quality pictures, but hey, they're taken by a 5 year old on a $70 camera. She's very proud of herself and is quickly learning how to take decent pictures. If she cares for the camera enough and shows some interest in it, maybe we'll get her a nicer one in a few years or give her one of our old ones when we upgrade. We'll see.

Pictures

The camera isn't real good with it's flash, so some of the pics are dark. Caitlin also all of the typical first time camera user errors - a number of "cut off head" shots, blurry shots from moving while she was taking the picture, shots of the floor and random things from pressing the shutter button inadvertently while running around, and one very bright picture of her finger. But, she did get a few really good shots in here - including the "make a funny face" pictures she took.
