A hand held oil pump is the perfect way to apply a drop or two of oil where you need it. I bought it for use in engine rebuilds, and found it very handy for pre-lubricating parts as they were assembled - I fill it with straight engine oil and it's ready for use when I need it. It's also very handy for applying oil to things in hard to reach places . I got mine from Summit Racing for about $4 - search for "pump oiler" to find them on their website.
