For the uninformed on copyright, Wikipedia has a decent article on Fair Use that makes lots of things clear. In particular, anything created after March 1, 1989 is automatically copyrighted and you have to opt out of copyright to make something public domain. Some people mistakenly assume the opposite. Since all of this website was created post-1989, (and kudos to you if you have the technical know-how to go find older versions of it to verify this), that means it's all copyrighted by default, even before this lovely little page came into existence.

This page is intentionally not written in legalese. We're not that formal, and all if would do is make your eyes glaze over when reading this. Please don't do something that would make me have to actually go look up and write a formal copyright notice in legalese. Your fellow web surfers will not like it. Neither would we, for that matter.
